Stroll the Cape in collaboration with the Bourne Health Dept., Bourne Library and VNA Public Health.

This program is for Bourne families with young kids, 8 weeks old to 5 years old.

Meet at Aptucxet Trading Post and stroll the canal on sunny days, and on rainy days we join story hour at JBPL.

We will meet at Aptucxet Trading Museum and walk along the Cape Cod Canal, and the group is led by VNA Public Health- Jane is a Maternal Child Health Nurse and Certified Lactation Counselor, and I am an Exercise Physiologist with experience working with postpartum and chronic diseases.
