QiGong - While integrating movements, holding positions of power, balancing, and gentle “flows”, we coordinate the breath with movement creating a moving meditation. Benefits of qigong practice includes: increased longevity, flexibility, strength, improved sleep, lowering blood pressure, lessening of anxiety, improved balance, as well as enhancing self-compassion, gratitude, and peace of mind.
