Stroll the Cape Walking Group
With the VNA of Cape Cod Public Health
This walking group is for families with stroller aged children (newborn to 5 years old) to stay active and meet other young families.
Families with children 0- 5 years ~ Bourne residents only
New moms must be at least 8 weeks postpartum to participate.
