You can lower your blood pressure and cholesterol level, while losing weight and raising your energy level.
Sara Sezun is Chair of the Sierra Club Massachusetts Chapter Plant-based Planet Team. She has eaten a plant-based diet for 36 years, and enjoys sharing her knowledge with others.
